Snoozle — Terms of Service

Welcome to Snoozle. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Solid Grove Pte. Ltd. (“Snoozle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of all services provided by Snoozle, including our website and onboarding quiz, mobile application, sleep predictions, reminders, and related technologies or communications (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The Services are intended for parents and caregivers. You are responsible for any information you provide about your child. If you use the Services on behalf of your household or another caregiver, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Description of the Service

Snoozle is a baby sleep companion. You answer a short quiz on our website, purchase a subscription there, and use the iPhone app to log your baby’s sleep and get predictions. The app estimates the next suitable sleep window based on your baby’s age and the patterns you log, shows an age-based daily schedule, and can send optional reminders before a window.

3. How It Works

When you start, you answer a few questions that help us personalize your plan. Snoozle’s predictions are estimates and guidance, shown as a range and based on your baby’s age and the sleep you log. They become more tailored the more you log, but they are never a guaranteed time. Every baby is different, and results depend on your own circumstances. Snoozle does not guarantee any specific sleep, nap, or wellbeing outcome, and does not use or endorse “cry-it-out” methods.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to Snoozle’s full features requires a paid subscription. You purchase on our website; prices, billing periods, and any trial or introductory terms are shown at checkout before you pay. After purchase, you unlock the iPhone app by signing in with the email you used at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account on the web or by emailing hello.snoozle@solidgrove.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Full details are in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Services, or use them to build a competing product.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. We sign you in by a one-time code sent to your email; keep access to that email secure and notify us immediately at hello.snoozle@solidgrove.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Not Medical Advice

Snoozle provides general sleep guidance and information for healthy babies. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Always follow safe-sleep guidance from your pediatrician. If you have any concern about your baby’s sleep, breathing, health, or development, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services, including the Apple App Store and our payment provider. We do not control third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with Snoozle are the exclusive property of Solid Grove Pte. Ltd. You may not reproduce or modify any portion without written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or that any prediction or reminder will match your baby’s actual sleep. Use is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoozle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
